Do you have Questions?

We specialize in providing Experienced, Friendly & Professional Services and Staff for any occasion. We service many event types: private venues, individual homes, businesses, corporations & non profit organizations. We can serve anywhere from 5 to 5000 guests

We are happy to provide professional catering services for your events. Our minimum guest count is 5 for breakfast and 5 for lunch. Please call us about evening drop-offs or full service events (some minimums may apply).

The number of servers/bartenders is dependent on many factors – size, logistics, menu design and service style figure prominently. Please call to speak to one of our sales associates about your unique circumstances. The key is to be sure there are (the right amount of staff) to make your event a success.

Yes, we can provide everything. We also partner with beverage entities who are well qualified and insured. This includes everything from bartenders to glassware and everything in between. Signature cocktails are our specialty.

 

We use the following calculation to estimate alcohol needs:

3 hour event X 100 guests X 1.5 drinks per person per hour:
450 drinks

40% Wine
30% Beer
10% Non-alcoholic
20% other – specialty drinks, cocktails

180 glasses of wine (there are 6 glasses of wine in a 750ml wine bottle)
135 beers
45 non-al
90 – other

30 bottles of wine

5-6 cases of beer – recommend Heineken, Amstel light, a favorite domestic (Miller, etc) and a microbrew

½ gal vodka
½ gal gin
½ gals whiskey
also – vermouth, rum, tequila, scotch

This is a very general guideline. Quantities vary based on the season, type of event, and age of your guests.

Yes, we can provide tables and chairs for your event, if needed.

Yes, we can provide glassware and plates for your event. We can also provide flatware, silver, unique serving pieces and a full line of unique table settings.

 

Yes, we offer a wide variety of colors, fabrics and sizes. We pull from local and national linen companies to insure the largest selection and latest styles.

 

ALL of or Partners & Affiliates are fully insured with liability, liquor, and workmen’s compensation coverage (as required per industry and state law & local laws).

Yes, we can provide centerpieces for buffets and seating tables. We can also provide full service decor and event scaping.

We ask that you give us your final guest count 10-14 days prior to your event.

Yes, we can provide a list of recommended facilities, photographers, DJs, bands and more.

The complexity of the event will dictate the lead time. We will do everything we can to accommodate last minute requests, however, because our calendar typically books up quickly, it is best to contact us as early as possible. PLEASE FILL OUT HIRE US FORM NOW

Yes, we can provide kid-friendly food. Just let us know the number of children and age range and we will recommend appropriate menu items and pricing.
